The Mississippi Gulf Coast’s best buffet just got better with a multi-million-dollar refresh.  The Buffet’s fresh contemporary design features bright patterns and a Coastal color palette that complements the original brick, tile and copper motif.

In addition to Southern favorites such as seafood gumbo, crawfish etouffee and jambalaya, guests will enjoy several live-action stations. A Mongolian grill allowing diners to create customized Asian entrees, a made-to-order omelet station and fresh hot beignet made to order at the dessert station, all to compliment popular stations like the carving board, gourmet pizza and nightly specials.
