Additional seating for 4 at the step-up breakfast bar. • Kitchen Amenities: Our kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances (stove, microwave, dishwasher, & refrigerator) granite countertops, plenty of cooking utensils, dinnerware/drink ware, pots, pans, cutting boards, baking sheets, cake pans, mixing bowls, a crockpot, a blender, a toaster, a keurig drip coffee maker, coffee, and more! • Office/Desk Space: Desk, chair plus additional laptop bar area with seating for 3 • Guest Bathroom: Half Bath with toilet & Sink Top Floor (Sleeps 6): • Primary Bedroom: King size bed, nightstands, chaise lounge chair, flat screen TV, large walk-in closet (Washer & Dryer are located in here) with plenty of storage space, private balcony with Gulf View. • Ensuite Bathroom: Double sink vanity, soaking tub, and tiled walk-in shower. • Guest Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, chest of drawers, closet, and balcony access. • Guest Bedroom 2: Twin day bed with twin pullout trundle, closet storage, and balcony access. • Guest Bathroom: Shower/tub combination with a vanity sink.
