Low Tide is a split floor plan with bedrooms on opposite ends of building. She has exposed steel joists with hardwood ceiling. The floors are beautifully finished concrete design. The Master Bedroom has a handcrafted master bed to include a large walk-in closet. The Master Bath has a huge shower, double sink vanity and linen closet to relax in luxury. The 2nd room is spacious with a Queen bed, closet and couch to lounge on. The living area has full size kitchen & appliances for your pleasure with 55” Smart TV. Full size Dining table and coffee bar. There is plenty of on-site parking for vehicles or car/boat trailer.

Guest will have the private use of Low Tide. The parking and outside areas are shared with guests from adjoining unit High Tide.

Low Tide’s main entrance is to the left side of building. This is where your key pad is located. Low Tide’s 2nd bedroom does have a door to front parking area and should be locked at all times when not in use.
