Fort Bayou Brewing Company is named after a nearby waterway and embodies the spirit of fun and relaxation this area is known for. FBBC believes in a serious brewing process, but don’t expect us to take ourselves too seriously. No pretentiousness here, simply brewing quality beer for the art and respect of the craft. Brewing since 1990, FBBC’s Head Brewer has seasoned his skills in California, Washington D.C., and England. By expanding on the brewing trends learned from other regions, our beers offer something for everyone. The FBBC taproom, The Cypress Taphouse, serves exceptional Cajun inspired dishes and pours some of the best brews in town. Take a day break on our gazebo overlooking the koi pond, spend an afternoon with us after work during happy hour, or bring your loved one to enjoy live music and a relaxing night tucked away from the commotion.
