A career banker turned entrepreneur, Michele, the owner of Dragonfly in the Bay has had a passion for food since she was a little girl cooking savory meals in the kitchen with her mom.

Surrounded by vibrant culture growing up in both sunny, beachside Bay St. Louis and creole cuisine-filled New Orleans, it’s no wonder food has become such a big part of her life today.

Michele loves Bay St. Louis as much as a big bowl of her mom’s homemade spaghetti: for its close-knit community and small town, home-grown feel. When the opportunity presented itself to open the boutique & cafe "Dragonfly in the Bay", it was a no brainer.
