Pirate Day in the Bay

Historically, this lively festival offers a blend of family-friendly and adult-oriented activities. Attendees have participated in various events, including a month-long scavenger hunt titled "Where Arrr the Pirates," a Friday night pub crawl, live music performances, and a "Lil Buccaneers" kids' walking parade. Additional attractions featured the "What Ever Floats Your Boat" cardboard race, a children's play area known as the "Kid's Zone," pirate costume contests for both children and adults, performances by the Pandorium Belly Dance Troupe, and the "Pirate Invasion" golf cart and walking parade. In past years, the festivities culminated with a Saturday night live performance by "The Top Cats," a band from New Orleans.
