Experience unparalleled relaxation with the Mississippi Gulf Coast’s first-ever Floating Sound Bath, hosted in the serene setting of our aquatic center. Drift on an air mattress in the soothing embrace of the pool while immersing yourself in calming sounds designed to rejuvenate your mind and body. We are thrilled to welcome Tiffany Kidder, owner of The Sanctuary, who will be leading this peaceful and restorative experience.
What to Expect:

Location: The Salvation Army Kroc Aquatic Center
Date: Saturday, May 31st
Time: Two 45-Min. Sessions
- Session One | 6:00 PM - 6:45 PM
- Session Two | 7:15 PM - 8:00 PM
Cost: $35 per person
What to Bring:
- Three Towels
- Eye mask optional
- Wear comfortable workout attire, you may get a little wet (be prepared and bring a change of clothes).
