Visitors will be able to experience the sights, sounds and smells of the Civil War era the Third Weekend in October when Beauvoir, the Jefferson Davis Home and Presidential Library hosts its 38th annual Fall Muster reenactment.
The event boasts a school day on Friday and a two-day event, taking place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., includes presentations, campground and battle re-enactments, a church service, a cemetery tour, and a memorial ceremony.
Come out and watch history come to life and walk in the path of your ancestors.
